Shipping Restrictions
Some items for sale on have shipping restrictions; as such it is the purchaser’s responsibilities to know their local and state laws prior to purchasing items to ensure they do not violate any law(s). Restricted items will not be shipped to locations where they are known to be prohibited by law. During order processing if it is found that a restricted item has been ordered and can’t be delivered due to known laws then Latitude Armory has the right to cancel the entire order or just remove the restricted item(s).


All product orders are shipped within 72 hours Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm Central / Saturday 9am - 11:30am Central.


We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS UPS FedEx


Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. We require adult signature upon delivery of our products so be prepared by checking estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight and volume of your products along with the destination location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your shopping cart prior to final submission. **Flat rate shipping special is based on USPS Flat Rate Shipping or UPS Ground shipping inside the Continental United States. Expedited shipping may require additional charges. Please contact the store at or 662-726-5200 and request expedited shipping for your order.


Back orders
If an item goes on back order you will be given the option to cancel that item(s) from your order. If you choose to accept the back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. Once the back order item(s) becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the additional shipment.


Shipment Damage
Items that arrive with shipment damage should be processed through the shipment carrier as Latitude Armory will always insure items for their full value. Latitude Armory will work closely with customers to assist in their claim. Please notify the carrier as directed by their rules of business as well as notifying Latitude Armory for assistance with the claim.


Latitude Armory strives for 100% customer satisfaction as such will take merchandise in return within some guidelines. Products that arrive defective can be returned for complete like replacement or full refund including shipping. Customers that decide to return their products for other reasons can do so and receive a refund of the product purchase price minus any shipping or handling charges. Products that are returned for other than defective or defective reasons must request a return authorization number and the return must be received by Latitude Armory at our place of business within 30 calendar days of the original purchase.


How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original package and in unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be received at the business address for Latitude Armory within 30 calendar days of your original purchase. Items that are manufacturer defective beyond 30 days must follow the item’s manufacturer’s warranty.

  1. Please email to request a return authorization and we will assign you an RMA # and provide an email requesting information about the product.
  2. Mail your returned item to: Latitude Armory Returns Department Tracking # 301 S Jefferson St Macon, MS 39341
  3. Include in your package the signed email stating the reason for your return along with the original receipt.


Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or installed. These include batteries, installed parts, cleaning equipment, personal defense sprays, or ammunition.


Restocking Fee
Latitude Armory does not charge a restocking fee if all terms of the return policy are adhered. As for the shipping and handling charges those items have been paid to 3rd parties and can only be refunded when our products are defective and you choose a full refund. If the product is returned for other reasons any refund will be minus the shipping and handling charges.
